  This is a beautiful old German Cemetery with many graves dating from the 1700's. It is very well maintained, across from St. Peter's Evangelical Lutheran Church. Four of my 5th great grandparents are buried here, and many of the old stones are still readable, although in old German script. Originally, a log church was built at or by the cemetery. The church has been rebuilt several times, including at it's present location. This area is rich in early Pennsylvania history and well worth visiting all it has to offer. Pen Argyl, PA is not far from Allentown and Easton, PA, other cities and points of interest.
